Extremely quick. Professional & diligent staff worked hard to get to the root of my health concerns.Midwest Express Clinic is a BCBS preferred provider so I didnt pay a dime! Prescriptions were appropriate and effective for my diagnosis. Would definitely recommend especially this location on Kedzie!

I recently visited the Midwest Express Clinic location at 55 and Kedzie on a weekend when my regular clinic was closed. My daughter was suffering from the flu, and I was relieved to find a convenient and accessible option.The staff at Midwest Express Clinic were professional, friendly, and efficient. They quickly assessed my daughters condition and provided the necessary treatment.I appreciated the clinics extended hours, which allowed me to get my daughter the care she needed without having to wait until Monday. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the staff made us feel comfortable and at ease.Overall, I was impressed with the quality of care and service at Midwest Express Clinic. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone seeking urgent medical attention, especially on weekends or outside of regular business hours.

I just moved to Chicago from Dallas, Texas not too long ago and I wasnt sure about where to go for quick, efficient and friendly care from a doctor when my symptoms werent too severe to go to a hospital but still could get in same day to see a physician. The nurses, doctors and all the employees I came across were EXTREMELY friendly and positive, always had a smile on. I had an incredible experience and didnt have to wait forever to go back or wait in a room forever for the doctor to come. They are efficient and fast without sacrificing quality care. Would definitely go back and recommend to all my friends and family!

I was seen within the hour. The girls at the front desk do alot of multi tasks and are really fast. I think she is the nurse that took my vitals was also was quick but all of them can type really fast. The doctor came in and shook my hand and offered me a shot as an option which I totally agreed.

If I could give no stars I would. I took my daughter in for an eye infection. She started to have side effects from the medication that was prescribed. I called multiple times to speak with a provider and was given the run around for multiple days. I then called and asked to speak with any provider who could better assist me they then placed me on hold for over 20 minutes just for them to continue to pick up the phone and put it back on hold. This issue still has not been resolved. Taking pride in patient care should be first priority.

I booked an appointment and everything went fast and smoothly. The receptionist was very helpful and nice. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience here. the receptionists are very polite and helpful even during busy hours. it was pretty quick even if it was busy. the nurses and doctors were very polite as well and made sure to talk about any doubts if any. overall it’s a pleasant clinic !

Great experience from A to Z. Did the pre-checkin registration forms the night before, waited for 20-min, MA had great bedside manner, and the NP (McCoy) listened well and made a great treatment plan for my daughter’s issue. The clinic is super clean and the front desk staff are great.

I went with my husband and one of the female nurses wouldnt let me in with him, she gave me a snarky look and wouldnt let me in, if i have to go again i wouldnt come here, i suggest you guys hire professional people who are nice and know how to properly talk to others

I absolutely love coming to this location. The level of care and amount of different services offered, is by far jaw dropping. M.W.E is amazing in their care, professionalism, and ability to move fast paced as well as with accuracy! The level of diligence and dedication all team members exhibit is by far incredibly impressive. The front desk staff are always very welcoming and warm.. i’ve developed a little friendly sense of comrade with one of the girls. I was seen by Dr. Jorge and he got me in and out within 5 minutes .. he asked me what did I need and immediately sent over the script for my pregnancy nausea..!! wow and as fast paced as he was, he STILL maintained a sincere level of professionalism and accuracy. As an upcoming grad student of Internal medicine, I aspire to become a Doctor just as awesome as Dr. Jorge. You all are impeccably amazing at this location and I hope that is n e v e r changes!💛💛💛💛

Love the attention they have at this clinic. From the front desk to The MA, Katrina was the best she was proffesional and made my daughter and me feel loved. She has a great attitude and was so nice. They even gave my baby 2 goodie bags, Dr. Holmes is great very attentive and fast. She attended me at a different day and she helped me as well. GREAT CLINIC THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!

All the staff were very kind and professional. The waiting time was not long. The environment was clean and comfortable. I am very sorry that I forgot the name of the nurse, but she was very very nice and gave my daughter a small gift to make her happy. Although I dont expect to go there often, it is my first choice.Thank them a lot again.

A bunch of liars! I called in and asked if they did pelvic floor ultrasound. I was told that they didn’t but they would order it for a different location after I seen the Dr. there. They gave me pricing for the ultrasound and and the price to see the Dr.. Mind you I am a self pay. When I arrived at the office I went over why I was there and was told the same exact thing again by the receptionist. I finally see the dr. And the doctor tells me that they don’t do it. I explained that I knew but I was told several times that you would order the ultrasound. She said had to email for confirmation and behold. They can’t do it and I would have to find another provider all together. I wasted $125 for a “referral paper” and NOTHING!!!!

Doctor Lonyah Guy was amazing with my daughter who has bad anxiety. She found a way to calm her down and she left happy! We have never experienced a doctor this great

First time at a Midwest clinic.I am glad I found this place.After the frustrating ordeal of not being able to get blood work done because I am uninsured I finally found this place.- I had a Dr.’s Note from Mexico for Some bloodwork but other locations would not do it because it was not from the states.- This place did take my Dr note and I got my blood work done.- price is fair I guess, when you are uninsured some places or should I say MOST places will not even see you.- service was quite fast- they close late- mask is required, but they actually provide you with one if you forgot yours.- will get my results in about 3 days.- service is good. No attitude from any of the employees at all.

Took my son last month for an ear infection even when they closed in 30 min they took me in with no issue front desk was so nice and Dr was so wonderful with my son definitely going back and highly recommend.

Date visited: November 11, 2024.I had whooping cough symptoms soon after my sister had been diagnosed with pneumonia. I visited my PCP for an emergency visit, but my PC Physician would not diagnose me or prescribe me any medication.Subsequently, I went to Midwest Urgent Care and was seen by Dr. Irma Dondiego. She was friendly, comprehensive, and prescribed me medication immediately. She even gave me a courtesy call to check several days later.High quality healthcare this professional is rare on the southside. Highly recommend!

Upon arriving at the establishment, I was courteously greeted and taken care of. The clinic is kept very nice, organized and clean. Sanitized! I called 30 min before entering if a DOT person was there to preform my physical and i get there and the front lady said there has ben no one there all day to preform a dot physical i even confirmed the phone number just in case i got the wrong location with the front desk unprofessional also she said to call and make sure there is a dot physical person there like i didn’t just call 30 min before entering and made sure unreal.

The staff is very friendly and friendly. I have gone where the wait is short and I have also gone where Ive had to wait long time. But its never been that bad. So I will keep returning.

This express clinic is very convenient. I like coming here I get taken care right away. Doctors are really great I have seen dr. Martínez and dr. Mark Cha they are all great doctors. I also bring my son as well. I’m very thankful with all doctos and staff for being welcoming and nice.

I went here last week for a sick visit for my daughter.The NP that took care of her was Irma Dondiego, and I just want to say she was so nice and very attentive to her needs. She listened to me like and was very caring! It was our first time their and I will be coming back to this urgent care again. I highly recommend Irma! She also speaks Spanish which is always helpful! Shes such an amazing NP!

I had a pleasant visit. As soon as I filled out one form, I was called right away. The Dr. actually listens to your concern. I was helped more here than the ER. I got the same treatment when I took my son last year. Great services.

No one ever wants to end up in urgent care, but if you have to go to one this is by far the best I’ve visited in the city. Staff are all so friendly, NPs are empathetic and have fantastic bedside manner, and the facility is always clean. And I’m usually in and out within 30 minutes which is the best part.

Friendly staff. Nurses are nice. The doctors can seem nice too but the doctors always seem like theyre in a hurry and because they were in a hurry i was misdiagnosed. They assumed I had 1 thing while I had another. Gave me antibiotics for 10 days turns out i needed different antibiotics for a different thing. They had me on antibiotics for 3 weeks, it lowered my immune system, ended up getting sick of something else and was caught in a cycle of getting better then worse, better then worse. Thankfully I was able to see my regular doctor and Im getting better. Just a word of caution make sure you tell the staff to check you properly. Make sure they are listening to your issues. Dont let them rush you. This was was in mid July. Im still recovering and working on my gut and immune health

Came here Monday my daughter and I were having cold symptoms but wanted to further confirm it wasn’t any flu or Covid or rsv. The wait room was filled with patients waiting to be seen, but our wait time went by quickly and not to mention the service provided for Bailey and I was very pleasant. I can tell this location prides themselves in serving everyone with the upmost care. I was glad I could get us in because I honestly had a lot of things to do that day so I really appreciate the service overall and will be back if need be

I had an appointment at 5:15 on a Saturday but didn’t get seen until about 5:35. The doctor saw me around 5:45 and gave me an oxygen treatment which took lasted til after 6:00 which is their closing time. I was thinking that the staff was going to rush me out and quickly diagnose me with whatever so they can leave for the day. But amazingly the doctor that saw me was extremely patient as was the nurse that came in afterwards to give me a shot. I didn’t leave until about 6:30 and they took their time with me. The doctor even gave me a call around 10pm that night to see if I was feeling better. I told her that I wasn’t able to fill my prescription since most pharmacies closed at 7. She then offered to send the prescription to a 24 hour pharmacy if I needed her to. I highly recommend this place as the staff’s patience and compassion exceeded my expectations.

Amazing nurses and doctors fast results kind and helpful ESPECIALLY when I came in during the beginning of my pregnancy they were so accommodating and explained what to do next and how to find my primary care physician during my pregnancy

Two receptions that work there are extremely rude. You’ll ask them a question and they respond with an attitude, although there’s two people in front desk they have one person just taking papers from the printer while the other person wants to multitask not giving the patient they have infront or the person on the phone the attention they need. But after allThis is my #1 clinic it’s always a great and quick experience with them. Doctors are very professional and gentle with the kids makes them feel cared and comfort, making the visit very pleasant. It’s always a plus as a parent to know your kids feel safe.

What a great clinic! I was serviced with extreme care and agility. The staff is so kind as well as I am always greeted with smiles and constantly reassured that they will take care of me as soon as possible. Elizabeth made sure I was medicated properly and reassured me I was in good hands! I was in the area while not feeling well. I dropped in by Midwest without an appointment, the registration process was fast and easy; everyone was very kind and curious. A quick assessment and diagnosis determined that I needed to be transported to the ER. They made sure that I was stabilized and comfortable while waiting on transport.Natalie followed up with me once in the hospital to check on my wellbeing. I’m so glad I walked in this place.

The wait is a little long but it is an urgent care center. I expect to wait. But receptionist was very nice, the medical assistant was so kind and friendly. Made my daughters visit go so smoothly and the provider was awesome. She ordered her the appropriate medications and gave us a lot of information in regards to other problems my daughter was going for. I never felt rushed out like many ER and urgent care centers do. I totally recommend. And I went on a busy Saturday. But there work flow was very exceptional and profesional.

I went today with my daughter, and it was the worst experience weve ever had. The MA was super rude, rooms were dirty, and the doctor was lost or new. Everything was done in a rush. They were supposed to send a prescription, but the doctor never did. Im so disappointed, but I bet regarding the pay, they were on top to make sure they get paid for a bad service.

In the morning, it’s super fast.You’re in and out in 15 mins. In the afternoon, it’s quick pace but there usually is a wait time. Still, wait time is less than 30 mins. Staff is very fast and providers care.Its not expensive and they are good with communicating

I always bring my kids here when they are feeling sick, and I myself have also been a patient and we have alsays been treated nicely by all the staff, the wait time isnt bad at all if you check in online. They are always quick and efficient and they always cover all their bases when it comes to doing any testing. Weve gotten blood tests, xrays, covid , rsv, strep throat and flu testing and they always do great with kids

Great and quick experience at this location. I was attended by the sweet and lively Dr. McCoy. She is exactly what doctors should aim to be like with patients: seeing them as a person and not a number. In the short amount of time that I met her, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and made me laugh! She answered all of my questions, and made sure that my visit was nothing short of exemplary. Dr. McCoy, never stop being the light you are! If there should be a standard, it should be the compassion, understanding and connection you bring to a consult. I will be back and request Dr. McCoy. So happy I came to Midwest Express. I was in the ER the night before for 4hrs with an estimated wait of 5 more hours. I went to Midwest Express the next morning and was seen within the hour. I was in and out with a prescription and after a few days my infection is clearing up. Pre registration was easy online and when I got there all I had to do was check in. Highly recommend their services

I took my Dad for an Urgent Care appointment, the girls were so helpful, friendly, and patient. It was very helpful they had staff that is bilingual. We were in and out in less than an hour. They were attending everyone with the same care.

Went here today as a walk-in. The two front desk receptionist (didn’t get their name unfortunately) were very polite and helpful. That also extends to the Nurse practitioner and all the other staff. Every one here was so nice and attentive to their patients! There was a good amount of people there but the wait wasn’t extremely long compared to other places I’ve been. Definitely recommend them as a place to trust with your health and care!

Good, clean, and fast service. Friendly staff and best of all no needing to wait months for a appointment as they accept walk- ins. They also offer a variety of different cervices.

If you have a medical problem that’s and you don’t want to spend 4/6 hours in the emergency room. EXPRESS URGENT CARE is where you need to go for you and your family. They get u in and out literally. The clinic has an extremely long wait time. I brought my husband to the clinic at around 6:40pm. He was placed in a room to wait for the doctor, but waited over an hour for the doctor to examine him. The clinic closes at 8pm and my husband was still waiting for a doctor at 7:50pm. There has to be a better system to treat patients.

This Midwest is so cute & the staff is always pleasant. The doctor that has been taking care of me is excellent, she has prescribed everything to make me feel better. I recommend this clinic.Also prior to coming in you should take advantage & use the website for check in/upload your personal information (IDs Insurance cards) for easier transaction once you arrive. I hope you get the same experience as I did or better it’s always been super great for me.

I wish I could leave a 0 star. I knew going on Labor Day, they would be busy, so that was expected. The receptionist was not nice. Everyone else was nice. Dr. was knowledgeable about what was wrong with my daughter but did not ask if my 8 year old daughter could swallow pills. So, to my surprise, when I finally got her antibiotics that I had to recall the clinic for, I realized they were capsules. My daughter can not swallow them. Ive tried in the past. It was too late to call the clinic they were closed, and the pharmacy couldnt do anything without the Dr. So I called 8:30 the next morning (today) and told them my issue they informed me that the Dr was off but they were going to contact him. I called again and again with no answers to when it would be filled. I was so upset at this point, I called one more time before closing at 7:25 and was left on hold for 25 minutes! Now im waiting in line at the 24hour walgreens that she referred me to and this line is completely wrapped around the store. I cant get her meds in the morning because i have school. So not only is this issue messing with my daughter but also my schedule. Now this pharmacist at the 24hour walgreens said they sent the prescription to the walgreens on 71st when she said it would go to the 24hr one by the clinic. So now im waiting for this prescription to be filled she said about 10:30. My daughter now has to miss another day of school because what she has is very contagious! I am so livid right now and upset at how this matter was poorly handled. I will not be bringing my daughter back to this clinic. I would never even recommend anyone I know to go there. Abby was the manager who took all my calls. Very upsetting. They need to do better with handling issues like this, especially when children are sick.

I went in yesterday with symptoms I hadnt really experienced before- you can imagine how scary that can be. From the moment I walked in, I was politely greeted by the staff and treated with kindness and decency. I appreciate my nurse Yosef for his friendliness and ability to help put me at ease. Even the 2nd lady who came in was so polite and made it easy for me to understand my diagnosis. Im so grateful that God ordered my steps to the best care facility I needed yesterday. I went here last night and had a great experience. I was seen rather quickly and the staff here were so kind. The specific physician I saw was thorough, carefully went through different treatment methods for me, and caring. The physician/staff here actually listened to me and didnt make me feel dismissed or rushed. I would gladly come back here for future visits.

I was a walk in. My wait wasnt to bad. The doctor that saw me was very friendly and I did not feel like she rushed through my visit. My only complaint is I would like for the waiting area to be bigger because people including myself had to stand up because all of the chairs were quickly taken.

I went yesterday and had a great experience. The female at the front desk was very nice & professional. The one who gave me my rapid covid test was extremely helpful & professional as well. The reason I went to get a test was for my upcoming trip to Japan and it turned out that they don’t accept rapid tests. I went back to this place and told them I’m really sorry but it turns out they don’t accept rapid tests, I’ll pay and wait again. They were nice enough to take care of me within seconds and told me I don’t have to pay again. I was very thankful. Experiences like these are things I’ll remember for the rest of my life and I’m glad they took care of me. Give those two females a raise & a promotion because they deserve it.

Online check-in was super easy, it was not crowded. we were in an out in an hour. a very positive experience. Kiera and Aria were very HelpfulI had to change my review for this place which was a previously 5 stars. Because of what happened to me the last time I visited them on 08/16/2024. As usually check-in was great and the office was clean, and front desk was great. The provided lied to me and said she would prescribe medication then, when I went to the pharmacy called me and said she wouldn’t prescribe, even though it was a medication, I had taken before and had tolerated just fine. I offered to send her further test results and she would not help me. So I had to wait another day feeling awful until I could be seen somewhere else and prescribe what I needed. I was sick and vulnerable, and was taken advantage of, and my knowledge of my body was dismissed. I have had previous great experience here, but after this I don’t think I will ever go back.

I paid out of pocket the total amount and was told I would receive results up to 4 days. I also was told that there’s a glitch then also there’s a merge with the systems. I called once and was told I’ll receive a call back. I had to call back in myself. Received a fake text that my results were are now in. They are not. If it was going to take longer for results or if there were a backlog this should have been relayed up front.

Took my son in for an ear infection and was right away greeted by a girl at the front desk i wish i could catch her name but she had blonde hair and then i was taken back by the nurse abigail who was so patient with my son and had us in and out of triage very swiftly. my son then got his ears cleaned by elizabeth who was very gentle with him and then seen by a provider who i think her name was cindy. she also was very attentive to my sons needs. Midwest express is very quick but not at all rushed, i was in and out within an hour and will definitely recommend to friends and family. whoever is running this clinic has it in great shape, we will be back!

At this facility, the front desk, the nurse, the doctor they all take good care of me. They always happy and friendly and Polite to me.

Long story short my baby was running a fever of 103 and 102 it wasn’t moving. We waited at COMERS CHILDREN HOSPITAL FROM 12pm to 7pm and WAS STILL NOT SEEN - NO CAP, I had to speak with the supervisor and all. That changed nothing. I remembered urgent care and looked to see what time they opened at 7:30 we left comer and headed to Midwest on Kedzie we were the first ones at the door waiting and I’m glad I didn’t hesitate because it filled up quickly within 15 minutes all of the chairs were occupied! Mind you I’ve never been to a urgent care before the process was quick ID insurance and fill out a few sheets of paperwork they next thing you know he was being seen maybe 7 minutes after that he was triaged and she sent us right back to a room! The doctor came in spoke extremely fast with some questions after checking him and prescribed me what I needed and listened to me because the amoxicillin didn’t work he needed something stronger so she listened to what happened with him the last time at Comer and gave me what I asked for and we went home mind you I had been up for 24 hours I was delusional thank God for my family and their support I don’t know what I would do without them !

It was my first time visiting this clinic on the first day of June this year. The waiting area is a little tiny but well organized and is very clean. Especially the washroom is outstanding clean and tidy and there is a small desk by the sink displaying all the necessities for your convenience to clean your handsThe staff is very friendly and nice , with smiling faces patiently answer my questions. I was greeted by every one of the staff when I met them,it made me comfortably feel no pressure for being there.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Worst medical experience yet! Went for an urgent care appointment, was billed as an out of network office visit ($400 extra). They also had me come back a week after my initial visit. I waited an hour and they just handed me a paper of results (again billed as an office visit, $120). Called 6 times across several months & the billing department said they would fix it/call me back/not keep the charge on my account while they processed the request. They did none of those things and suddenly Im getting an email from a debt collector.

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, I was greeted as soon as I walker in , Eric The physician was great he got straight to the point of my situation and gave me some good advice on what I need to do, I will definitely go there again if needed

I love coming to this location for any urgent care need I may have. This is my third time coming here and I always leave feeling like my health needs are being met. I truly appreciate Dr. Brittany Thompson PA-C for being a great listener, and for addressing all of my concerns. She was great! Highly recommend this urgent care clinic!

Recommend! Checked in online for 10:30 am on a Saturday and got there at 10:40 but I was out by 11:15 am! They are fast in seeing patients, I recommend it.

It’s a money grab! $60 out of pocket for a tb test and a separate $75 for a work physical. There is also no “physical” happening, they look at my immunizations and make recommendations. However, the refused to sign off on the medical REPORT to work in childcare. While my PCP did the tb test and physical for only $20 copay.

I had a bad experience with one of the providers by the name of Eric who was extremely insensitive to my situation and made comments which offended me. When I reported this to his manager and this was a note left about this on my chart, he proceeded to call me personally and gaslit the entire situation just so I wouldn’t report him again.I informed his manager about this again, which she informed me that a higher up would contact me but I’m still waiting to receive that call. I would usually go to another location but I decided on this one at the time since it was closer to me; but after this and the lack of professionalism, I’m never coming here again.

On this day Wednesday 12-06-2023 my daughter woke up with symptoms of pinkeye. I tried to get her an appointment with her PCP, but I had to wait for an appointment in person or telahealth phone call for 3 days. So I googled an emergent care facility and found Midwest Express clinic. I thought it would take long, but it didn’t!The front desk staff was very helpful. The MA/Nurse that checked us in was very kind. The doctor/provider was very friendly and helpful! They took my insurance….meridian/ Medicaid. And Boom! We were done! The prescription was sent and my daughter is doing well! Thanks!☺️

I had an infection from losing my wisdom tooth, and the pain was excruciating. I wasn’t able to get into a dentist for another week. I was referred to this facility through my insurance provider it was extremely last minute, but I was able to fill out all the pertinent paperwork online and get to the facility in a timely manner. The staff was extremely professional and just nice. I felt totally at ease and being in pain you really need people to handle you with care they went above and beyond. The doctor was extremely friendly and accommodating. She shared information about the facility and what they had to offer just in case I needed them in the future. I was extremely pleased and the doctor had amazing bedside manner which I totally appreciate. I’ve actually recommended the facility to people I know because we’ve experienced not so kind medical professionals in the past.Thanks I appreciate you

The Doctor was great and it was much better with my foot but no instructions. Didnt get anything on paper for what to do how long it should be. They should tell how long and what procedures I should take.

This was my niece’s 6th time going to Midwest Express Clinic. This is an excellent clinic to go to when you have an immediate, but not too serious health crisis. She goes there for allergies, finger or ankle sprays, stomach pains, coughing, and other crisis, such as those. Their doors are always open and especially on Saturdays and Sundays when most clinics are closed. My niece and I always have the best experiences there. Everyone is always so helpful caring, and friendly. They showed genuine concern about her issues and the wait time is so short. I know that you will love the care given at this clinic too. The clinic here was absolutely horrible! My daighter had a fever and I came here for help. They misdiagnosed here with an ear infection that the doctor clearly did not or was not able to see my daughters ear. The doctor had said my daighter was suffering from one because of her fever and being fussy. I was informed to give my baby antibiotics and it gave her rashes all over her body. Currently theyre fading away but shes had them since 3 days ago! .I went to comers hospital and thankfully they had misdiagnosed her with an ear infection. Everything was verified by the nurses and doctors over there along with supervisors. The clinic had also told me to give my daughter 12 ml of Tylenol when it was supposed to be 5 or 4. Thank god my mother instincts did go with the 4 ml!

Brilliant strategy 👏 and the doctor her self, even though she knew I was there for the most common diagnosis she still checked me out listen to what I was feeling and checked me out. And them provide me with other medications that I knew I needed too.The place is clean and cozy, the staff is nice regardless of the amount of people they had to see on this day, not one minute did I feel like I was bothering them. And to me that is an excellent service.Thank you!!!

I put myself on the waitlist online on a Sunday morning after I woke up with a sore throat. I was seen right away and the entire process was very smooth. All of the ladies working that day were very nice and attentive. The doctor was great and she sent over a prescription to my local pharmacy. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this establishment!

Tuesday March 19,2024,I took my child to urgent care. It was almost 8pm , closing time. Our nurse practitioner, Geordoni McKoy ( I asked her to spell it for me) was WONDERFUL. She treated us as she would her first patient ( not rushed due to the time ). She explained and made sure we were aware of the situation. She followed up on her day off,DAY OFF. This was to make sure we got the diagnosis as soon as possible , so treatment can began. She renewed my faith in urgent care.

I went to this Urgent Care clinic due to not feeling well. I was charged $125 to which I felt the price was too high compared to other clinics Ive been to which only charge $60.I was seen by a doctor who gave me her diagnosis of what my illness was. She prescribed me 4 medications, and sent me on my way. I proceed to the front desk, gave them the pharmacy location where I normally pick up my meds. I ask for any type of documentation from my visit there but given none.Heres where it all goes bad...1) my medications werent sent to the pharmacy I gave them where I wait for an hour just to be told it was never sent.2) The following day I contact the clinic to find out wheres my meds. Im given a totally different location Ive never been to. I call that location and told that I can only pick up medications if Im a patient there to where its a rehab / therapy clinic.3) I contact original clinic to find out whats going on. Then give my info for my pharmacy again. I lose an entire day without meds..4) Next day I contact original clinic which is this clinic to ask for a notice from the doctor to miss work due to me not feeling well. I still dont have meds to take. Stunningly Im told I have to go back to be seen by a doctor for a return checkup. I tell them thats not necessary because I still feel the same from the diagnosis she first gave me which wasWalking Pneumonia. I simply ask for a doctors notice for me missing work work for not feeling well to go in to work.5) So now I have to pay ANOTHER $125 to see doctor who already knows my diagnosis just to obtain a doctors notice for work.Ask yourself people... am I being robbed and are these doctors truly here to help those who are sick/ill, or are they just in it to collect $$$?All of that unnecessary tactics to gain $ just to obtain a simple notice for work.Then I asked for a document of proof that I was present at that clinic on said date & time, diagnosis, and medications prescribed to at least have something to show my employer. I gave my email and was STILL DENIED ANY DOCUMENTS.This is the worst experience Ive ever had at a health clinic. NEVER AGAIN.

You have to fill out a new form every year, but dont let that discourage you. The care they give you is worth it. When getting my B12 shot, the needle was small, and the doctor did not hurt me at all. She was a very nice young lady and careful with me and my family. The ladies at the front desk were very nice, helpful, and informative.

When they say in & out they mean it! It was a wonderful experience. Staff was soooo nice, you can tell customer service is top priority. The woman at the front dest for intake was AMAZING she deserves 5 stars on her own! My daughter wants to make this her primary clinic 😩 This is definitely our go to place for urgent care needs. I made an appointment there for my parents to be tested. It is so important for me that they get great quality care as they are elderly and I could not go with them. I have been to Midwest Express before, but another location and have always had a great experience. This location was GREAT to them. They were very friendly, made sure their questions were answered, even though there was a language barrier, they made sure someone was there to translate. It was not just an in and out testing appointment, they answered all their medical questions and went above and beyond with further tests to rule any other illness out. Thank you so much for watching over my parents, when I was not able to go with them.

I had went to the hospital was there for 5 hours plus and got out they didn’t know what I had. Went to this clinic and they test me and had my results the next day very fast and good people

The last few times I’ve gone to the ER seems like the doctors are in a hurry and just send you home to “rest.” On my visit here not only did they listen but they actually prescribed me medication. I was in agony for 3 days after visiting the ER. I am so glad I decided to visit this facility! Thank you guys so much! I am eternally grateful.

Better off not using insurance when you go here. Total scam. Used my insurance, was seen by the Nurse practitioner for 5 minutes and they bill you $500 for “medical services”. Now they sent debt collectors emailing me.

As soon as I entered I was greeted professionally and with the most kindness. The office is very clean and modern. They are even kid friendly. All of the staff I saw that day were professional, kind, and patient with extra applauds for the receptionist. Very, very, very pleased with the service I received from them.

Was called un by nurse for vitals and questions why we were there we answered all her questions and she did all her part and took us to waiting room to wait for doctor. APN Delgado came in saw us and was very nice and informative and told us what we had and what she was going to prescribe us both me and my son. Today is the next day and I feel much better. My son seems a bit better. Overall Im very happy with the service we have received at this facility.

Midwest Urgent Care is a nice place to go instead of going to actual emergency room for non life threatening situations.Now they do get a lil busy…(Patience is Key)but don’t let that discourage you.Once they call your name..they giving you all of their attention to help you with your medical needs..basically they gonna get you in and out!I been there twice already I don’t have no complaints at all.. I will definitely recommend them to someone else that needs medical help…Oh did I mention they take walk ins too.Thats a win win💯

Its a great place for a quick stop. I do advice saving your place in line on their appointment website if posible just because it makes sure you get seen faster than walk-ins. I always have a great experience.Super friendly receptionist. The Dr. we see is always making sure that even though my husband only speaks English he sees the paperwork while I translate. (There are translators available I just choose to do it myself). I really appreciate her approach.

I don’t even know what to call what happened. All I know is I drove far to go to this Midwest express clinic for a physical covered under my insurance. Once the receptionist asked if it was for work and I said yes she proceeded to try and charge me $75 and wouldn’t give me a copy of my physical which is covered under my annual visit not to mention I have gotten a physical through my insurance at this location before. I am extremely disappointed not to mention the extremely long wait time.

Went in for an earache, & possible sinus infection. Definitely was ehat i expected & gave me antibiotics. Fast & helpful service up front, didnt wait long at all.

I’m 21 weeks pregnant went in a few days after I had a fever because I was worried about baby because of how down I was and no eating throwing up etc etc. Wanted to hear the heartbeat to have an ease of mind. I did not want to wait until my next appointment with my OB which isn’t until the very end of the month. They were so quick and so nice. Will be going back anytime I need to!
